PitStorm ("the Service") is provided by Neuroptune LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
PitStorm is a subscription tool that lets auto repair shops track vehicle status and notify customers via SMS text message and a public status page. The Service is provided on a month-to-month or annual subscription basis, as selected at sign-up.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contract.
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes related to operating an auto repair shop, and not to use the SMS notification feature to send unsolicited or unauthorized messages. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before enrolling them in text notifications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by employee accounts you create.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuroptune LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
